Advent Calendar – December 4
Hey everyone,
Today we are getting down on the floor for a quick 2.5 minute core workout that will burn those abs of yours. It’s only 2.5 minutes so don’t quit, keep those feet off the floor and push/squeeze every rep out. It’s incredible how much this can burn if you really focus on the muscles your using and squeeze each rep hard.
Take some of these ab drills here in todays challenge and add them into your workout routines.
